- Clothing must be clean, in like new condition. Items should be current styles, with
clothing purchased in the last 5 years. Please keep this in mind, and bring only your best
stuff! We will inspect all items as they come in and will send home items that don't
meet these requirements.
- The better they look, the better they sell!
- We are accepting fall/winter items for the Fall, 2009 Sale. Please hold on to your
spring/summer items for the Spring/Summer, 2010 Sale.
- Sizes up to kid's size 8 need to be on child sized plastic hangers. Sizes 8 and up may
be on adult sized hangers. Many consignors have had good luck receiving FREE hangers
at Kohls, Walmart and Herbergers - just ask!
- The hook part of the hanger should be turned to the left of the item and should
- Please safety pin all items of a set together so that they can be viewed without
unpinning them.
- Tag location: attach tag with a safety pin to the upper right front of shirts or pants.
Shoes
- Please only bring your like-new shoes!
- If shoes have laces, tie them together. Attach tag with string or curling ribbon. If the
shoes have no where to anchor a tie, then place the shoes inside a Ziploc bag.
Loose Items
- For smaller items like baby bottles, rattles, socks, bibs, bows, etc, please

- Toys must be clean and in working order with batteries in them. Please check game and
puzzle pieces to make sure all pieces are included.
- Puzzles should be wrapped securely in clear Saran wrap to keep the pieces intact.
- Stuffed animals: we will only accept educational and name brand
- (Leap Frog, Elmo, Barnie) in like-new condition. We will accept dolls,

- All seat covers and straps must be thoroughly cleaned. Car seats will be closely
inspected for safety reasons. Your car seat must have been manufactured within the
past five years and it must not be subject to recall or have been in an accident. Please
check this website for current recalls.

On-line Inventory System
Using our on-line inventory system, you will print barcoded tags on
your home computer. This may sound intimidating, but it's really
very EASY!
Sort clothing by gender and size (for example one pile 3T girls,
another 5T boys, another books etc.). This really helps to make your
online entry go much faster.

- All tags must be printed on cardstock only, preferably white.
The system will print 6 tags per page.
- Please use a higher resolution when printing your tags and
make sure your toner is not running low.
- If you make a mistake, do not cross out or write on the tag.
Just edit the information in the inventory system and print a
new tag.

***Please check clothing for stains, holes, missing buttons/snaps,
broken zippers, fading etc.. Toys must be clean, complete, working
and include batteries (if applicable). If you are questioning whether
or not we will accept an item, you should probably leave it home.***

As a general rule you will want to price items at about 1/4 to 1/3 of
their original retail price. If your item is a name-brand or
boutique-brand such as Gap, Gymboree, Hanna Andersson or other
higher end, you can price closer to 1/3 original retail. Clothing from
Target, Kohls, Walmart, etc. should be priced on the lower end.
The minimum price for clothing is $2.00.
The minimum price for books, toys, etc. is $1.00
