If you cannot volunteer but would still like to earn the volunteer benefits, we have
the following bartering opportunities available:
Distributing Flyers
We are looking for those of you who will help spread the word about Go Fish in
your community by distributing brochures to our target market- families with
children. Possible places for brochure and poster distribution include
- preschools
- daycares
- dance & karate studios
- doctors offices and more.
about our sale, the more great items we have to sell and the more people will come
to buy your things! Contact us if you are interested in helping distribute flyers in
your town.
Media Coverage
If you can help us with Radio, Television or Newspaper Coverage you will receive 2
volunteer passes. Please contact us at least 3 weeks prior to the event so we can
work through details.

Who: Go Fish! Volunteers What: The Friday Night Pre-sale where you can shop and enjoy a happy hour with light snacks and drinks. When: Friday night before the sale starts Why: We depend on our volunteers to help make Go Fish a pleasant shopping and consigning experience. We’d like to reward you with a night out and the opportunity to find the best bargains! |

Volunteers will help at the sale by:
so please only sign up for those shifts if you are able to do some lifting.
Consignors receive extra perks by volunteering: In addition to the pre-sale
shopping, the consignor fee of $10.00 will be waived. If you volunteer for one
shift, your consignment percentage will be raised to 75%. Volunteer two or more
shifts, and your consignment percentage will be raised to 80%!
You do not have to be a consignor to be a volunteer worker.
- arranging merchandise
- keeping sale areas clean and sorted
- helping with check-out
so please only sign up for those shifts if you are able to do some lifting.
